i relanched running as admin. i subscribed to a mod waited a litttle bit lanched ark. Once on ark on the main menu in the coner it said it was installing one mod. i then when into host/local. where it said waiting for steam client to start mod download. i was unable to refresh mods during this time. :( and it has stayed like this for a while.
