How to download subscribed mods on steam

This should prompt steam to download/redownload any mods you are subscribed to. This usually works for me, especially when I know an updated mod is available, since those little "mod update" tages haven't been showing up for me in over a month.

i relanched running as admin. i subscribed to a mod waited a litttle bit lanched ark. Once on ark on the main menu in the coner it said it was installing one mod. i then when into host/local. where it said waiting for steam client to start mod download. i was unable to refresh mods during this time. :( and it has stayed like this for a while. How do you re-download Steam Workshop content? I had to remove all my local data for Civ5 (including mods). I've re-downloaded and re-installed Civ5, but the mods from Steam Workshop aren't following suit. They should download automatically after first running the game. level 2.

I notice when Steam is downloading the mod, it only downloads half of the complete files. I.e., Warwolf is supposed to be around 1 GB, but Steam only download 431 MB.
